Ordering Information:

Orders are usually sent out within 2 days after order has been confirmed depending on payment method! If an order is placed on Friday evening, it may not be mailed till Monday morning. For faster service, pay with pay pal (Free) and get your order sent out in 2 days after placing it, in most cases. You no longer have to become a member of pay pal to make a one time payment through them, and it does not cost you to send a payment.

Orders are Mailed using one of the following choices:

* PRIORITY MAIL (delivery confirmation included) for 2 to 3 day delivery, starting at $6.80, but will need to be adjusted on larger orders because it is determined by the weight and size of the shipment.

* EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL (insurance included) for 1 to 2 day delivery, starting at $18.80, but will need to be adjusted on larger orders because it is determined by the weight and size of the shipment.

* 1ST CLASS MAIL (delivery confirmation included) for 5 to 7 day delivery (packages under 13 ounces ONLY), starting at $4.00.

(Only orders of very small items can be mailed 1st class mail. Anything over 13 ounces has to be mailed priority mail.)

(Optional) Insurance Prices:
$1.70 for $1 to $50 worth of insurance.
$2.15 for $51 to $100 worth of insurance.
$101.00 to $200.00 $2.60. You must let me know if you prefer insurance on you package.

For out of the US, shipping costs vary. I will give you a shipping total then. Please let me know you are not in the United States when you 1st place your order.

Please be sure to fill out all appropriate blanks in the order form that apply to your order. Don't forget the name of the type of item you are orders, the amount of them you would like, and your material choices for each item.

I will go over your order and send you an invoice with your total.

Once this is done, you are welcome to pay using Pay Pal to have your order worked on and sent out to you asap. You do not need to be a member of pay pal to make a secure payment. Once you go to their site, you are on a secure page and can make a one time payment.

If you choose to send a check or money order in the mail, just let me know. I will work on your order, however it will be held here until your money has arrived. So the fastest service is using Pay Pal to purchase your items.

There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks to cover bank charges.

Returns and Guarantees

Please take care when measuring your dog so that the orders will be made properly to fit. Most orders are made to fit your dog, unless you simply ask for the standard size. In this case, it is not always easy to find someone that has a dog with the same measurements and same tastes as you to purchase your returned item. So please just keep this in mind when ordering.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days and be in new condition. Sorry, we cannot resell used items so try your items on your pet as soon as you get it in the mail. Your items MUST be clean, and in the same condition as when they where shipped to you in order for them to be returned. I will try to correct the problem if this is possible.

If you just need another size, I will swap the items out for you. You will be responsible for the cost difference of the 2 sizes, and shipping to mail your new items to you. You must send the items back to me asap, and I will send out the new item once the 1st package arrives back to me with the proper shipping costs included.

If you simply want a refund, they are made within 14 days of receipt of returned items, and are for the purchase amount only. Shipping charges can not be refunded. When the items are returned I will inspect them to make sure they are in the same condition that they were when they left here.

E-bay items state the exact size and measurements on the auction itself. So in these cases, you must measure your dog correctly before bidding on items. These are usually made the standard size to fit a range of measurements since most of my items use a 3 inch long strip of velcro or more for adjustments. Just make sure your dog will fit in the item before you bid.
