"I Want You"

How do you Join
The Yorkshire Terrier Web Ring?

Good Question! First, You must know the requirements to be a member of this ring: (IMPORTANT: Please read before signing up for the ring)

1) If YOU are a PUPPYMILL, please do not SIGN UP for this ring. There must not be any links to puppymill sites, or sites that are unethical. I will have no association with them. We must all stand together against animal abuse and help to make the world a better place for them. 2) Use your best judgement on which links and other webrings that you place on your pages. Check the rings out first to be sure they are what you want to be a part of. A webring is supposed to be full of different sites, not each ring site a different page within the same homepage or a persons homepages. If the ring is full of one persons sites, then it is not a real ring. You will see when browsing through this rings sites, each one is owned by a different person and no 2 are alike. 3) You must have a HOMEPAGE of your own. Please do not sign up if you have not created a web page for yourself! This would be a page talking about you, your family and/or your pets. Sign up for the ring only when you are ready to place the ring fragment on your page. Not when your site is still under construction. If you need help building a webpage, E-mail me. I make webpages for people and would be willing to discuss it with you. 4) You must own a Yorkie (or Silky) and tell a little bit about your dog on your web page. Or your dog can have his/her own web page if you like. 5) There must not be any adult oriented material on your site or links to such sites on it since people of all ages might be coming to your page through the web ring.

If your site meets these requirements, then you are ready for the next steps. In order to join the Yorkshire Terrier Web Ring, you must
1) First submit your page in the form below. 2) You will be sent a ring code by e-mail shortly after joining. Just copy and paste this code onto your site, either on your entrance page or a web ring page so that it will be easy for web ring surfers to find the web ring that they came in on. AOL users, if your e-mail is an aol e-mail, the ring fragment will not come through the mail correctly. You must go to edit member information below after joining and type in your site id and password, and copy and paste the code from there. 3) You need to upload the ring gif below to your page. Click the ring gif below and save it to disk, then upload it to your site so it will show up in the ring code on your page:

4) Once the web ring code is on your page and working properly, please E-mail me, and I will check your page to make sure that it is working properly. If everything is fine, I will then add your site to the ring and you will receive a letter to let you know that you are now a part of the ring. If you do not let me know the ring is up and ready, then I may not find out and your site could be dropped from the queue automatically. So please do not forget to e-mail me!
